By installing or using eComCockpit (operated by Solutionoir) you agree to these terms.
The service
eComCockpit provides order, inventory, product and reporting tools for Shopify merchants. Features may change as the product develops.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity of the team members you invite. You must have the right to connect the Shopify stores you link.
Billing
Paid plans, if any, are charged through Shopify billing and follow the plan and price shown at the time of purchase. Free trials, where offered, end as described in the plan. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other merchants’ data, or use it to break the law or Shopify’s terms.
Data
You own your store data. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
